For over 30 years, Peter G. Webb's practice has been devoted to personal injury, workers' compensation, and divorce law. He has litigated such cases in all levels of the New Hampshire court system.
His personal injury work involves any negligence claim, but has included: auto, motorcycle and truck crashes; injuries from dangerous buildings and property; injuries caused by animals; injuries from defective products and equipment. His reputation, experience, careful preparation and commitment to his clients have yielded settlements of more than $2,700,000.00 over the past five years. At recent jury trials, he has received verdicts exceeding $1,000.000.00. On five occasions, his personal injury cases have gone to the New Hampshire Supreme Court: Swiezynski v. Civiello (1985), Baker v. Wilmot (1986), DiFruscia v. NH (1992), Palmer v. Nan King (2002), Ocasio v. FedEx (2010).
On behalf of injured workers Peter has tried and resolved hundreds of worker's compensation cases at the New Hampshire Department of Labor and the Compensation Appeals Board levels. He has also testified on a number of occasions at the New Hampshire Legislature on proposed legislation involving the rights of injured workers.
Peter has brought the same skills and determination to bear for over 3 decades in matters in which he has counseled and advocated for clients involved in divorce. His family law work is characterized by a no-nonsense, cost-effective approach to the process, with an eye for fair voluntary settlement, but also with the seasoned skills, determination, and attention to detail necessary for successful litigation.
